What Are UBBS Nicotine Pouches?

UBBS pouches are small, white, all-day pouches placed between the upper lip and gum. Unlike traditional Swedish snus, they contain no tobacco leaf — just pharmaceutical-grade nicotine, plant fiber, flavoring and a food-grade filler. That means no tobacco stains, no spitting, and no smoke or vapor cloud, which is why they’ve become popular in Dubai offices, gyms, flights and prayer halls where vaping isn’t practical.

They’re aimed at two groups: adult smokers looking for a smoke-free way to manage nicotine cravings, and existing vapers who want a discreet option for situations where a device isn’t appropriate. UBBS pouches are sold in the UAE through licensed retailers such as VapCity, for buyers aged 18 and over — see our beginner’s guide to nicotine products if you’re new to switching.

Each tin holds a set of pre-portioned pouches sealed for freshness, with a small lid compartment for used pouches so you’re never stuck holding one. Because there’s no combustion and no e-liquid, pouches work anywhere a cigarette or vape wouldn’t — during a long-haul flight, in a meeting, at the gym, or between prayers — which is the main reason demand for brands like UBBS has grown quickly among Dubai’s vaping community over the past year.

Why Dubai Vapers Are Switching to Nicotine Pouches

Nicotine pouches solve three specific problems vapers and smokers run into day to day in the UAE: strict no-vaping zones, battery or coil maintenance, and the visible cloud that comes with disposable and pod devices. A tin of UBBS fits in a pocket, needs no charging, no coils, and produces no vapor or smell — so it travels well and doesn’t draw attention in shared spaces.

That said, pouches aren’t a direct swap for every vaper. If you’re comparing the two formats before deciding, our guide on switching from smoking to vaping covers how pouches, disposables and pod systems each fit different routines.

UBBS Nicotine Pouches: Every Flavor Available in Dubai

All eight UBBS variants are in stock at VapCity, each linked below to its exact strength and flavor page.

11mg Spearmint Cool, classic mint — the everyday pick. 6mg Peppermint Sharper, lighter mint. Good starting strength. 20mg Peppermint Same flavor, UBBS’s most intense strength. 11mg Menthol Icy, medicinal cool — long-lasting throat hit. 14mg Menthol Same icy profile, stepped up a strength. 11mg Berry Mixed berry, sweet with no mint bite. 11mg Watermelon Juicy and fruity — a top pick for beginners. 6mg Salted Caramel Dessert-style, warm and sweet-salty.

UBBS Strength Guide: Which mg Should You Choose?

UBBS spans four strengths, from 6mg for first-time users up to 20mg for experienced nicotine users. As a rule, start lower than you think you need — you can always order a stronger tin next time, but it’s harder to size down once you’re used to a higher dose. If you’re unsure, 11mg is the safest middle ground and UBBS’s best-selling strength in Dubai.

How to Use a UBBS Pouch

1. 01Take one pouch out of the tin using clean, dry fingers.
2. 02Place it between your upper lip and gum, not the lower lip.
3. 03Leave it for 20–40 minutes — flavor and nicotine release gradually.
4. 04Remove and discard in the tin’s used-pouch compartment or a bin. Never swallow it.
5. 05Avoid eating or drinking right before use for the strongest flavor.

UBBS vs Velo: Which Pouch Brand Fits You?

Both brands are tobacco-free and in stock at VapCity — here’s how they differ at a glance. For a full breakdown, read our Velo Nicotine Pouches Dubai guide.

In practice, most Dubai buyers pick UBBS specifically for the 14mg and 20mg tins, which Velo doesn’t currently offer — that extra headroom matters most to heavier smokers in the first few weeks of switching. Vapers who care more about having a large rotation of everyday flavors tend to lean toward Velo instead. Both ship from the same VapCity warehouse, so mixing a starter order across brands is easy if you want to compare them side by side.
