Warranty Duration

Standard Device Warranty

  • Vape devices: 90 days from purchase date
  • Batteries: 90 days from purchase date
  • Accessories: 30 days from purchase date

Extended Manufacturer Warranty

Some products include manufacturer warranties that extend beyond our standard coverage:

How to Claim Warranty

Step 3: Return or Replacement

Resolution options:

Replacement – Identical product sent at no charge
Repair – Device repaired and returned (if applicable)
Store credit – If product unavailable, equivalent value credit issued

Important: If inspection reveals damage, misuse, or ineligibility, the warranty claim will be denied and the product returned to you.

Warranty Limitations
